High waters from an early ice melt and a spring snow storm created this beautiful scene on the Lester River late last week.
As an airborne snow ballet danced over the joyous rush of a newborn river, Jen and I tried to put it all on video. How do you capture nature breaking out if its winter cage?
But you can photograph it.
I thought this picture was pretty strong.
Winter turns grey and dies in the trees. Spring bursts from the river in yellow and gold.
