A wealthy Minneapolis resident originally used these two hand-carved wooden lions as a staircase banister in a 19th Century home.
The lions were rescued before the home was torn down for 1960s freeway construction.
Somehow the big cats ended up over a faux fireplace in a small Twin Ports tavern.
But are they Minnesota or Wisconsin residents now?
The correct guess will win you a FREE BEER at the mysterious tavern courtesy of Nick Up North.
Bonus points to anyone who can explain why the lions have wings.
